Definitions and interpretations
Everything that is offered on this website is referred to in these terms collectively as the “Services”.
“BFit Enterprises” shall mean BFit Enterprises (Pty) Ltd with registration number 2017/483709/07.
The “User” shall mean the person or entity utilizing the website and/or its Services.
“We”, “us” or “the Parties” shall mean BFit Enterprises and yourself.
Words in the singular number shall include the plural and words in the plural shall include the singular.

The following terms constitute the agreement between the Parties. These terms govern the use of the website and the Services, both as a casual visitor and as a registered user.
By using this website, and/or by registering an account, the User agree to the terms contained herein. Take note that this website and its Services is offered “as is” and without warranties. If the User is registering an account or using the website or its Services on behalf of an individual or entity other than him/her/itself, the User represent that him/her/it is authorized by such individual or entity to accept these terms on such individual’s or entity’s behalf.
If the User do not agree to these terms, the User should immediately cease all use of and access to this website and its Services.

These Services are provided in good faith based upon the information given by the User. As such, you are required to disclose all relevant information, no matter how trivial, pertaining to your current health and past medical history that may have a bearing on the services to be so provided. Such information is vital for us to provide you with quality Services.
Indemnification and limitation of liability
BFit Enterprises are not liable to the User or anyone else for any decision made or action taken based on use of its Services.
The User acknowledge that by using the website and Services it does not constitute a medical opinion, medical advice, or diagnosis or treatment of any kind.
The Services are not intended nor suited to be a replacement or substitute for professional medical advice, opinion, consultation, examination, diagnosis or treatment relative to a specific medical question or condition. User’s right to cancellation
The User may cancel the Service by giving BFit Enterprises one month’s notice. If the User so cancels then the User will be liable to pay all amounts due to BFit Enterprises up to date of cancellation, plus a reasonable penalty of one month’s Service fee.
User’s right of contact with BFit Enterprises
The User agrees and undertakes to contact BFit Enterprises or its representatives only within the hours as set out in the provided schedule.
Applicable law & consent to jurisdiction
Any action or application arising out of this agreement may be brought in any Magistrate’s Court having jurisdiction in respect of the User, notwithstanding that the amount in issue may exceed the jurisdiction of such Court.
